Delete your MilkBook Customer account

This page is for households using the MilkBook Customer app to see their milk account. If you are a milk vendor using MilkBook, see deleting a vendor account.

Delete from the app

1. Open the MilkBook Customer app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete my app account and confirm.

Delete without the app

Email info@milkbook.in from any address with the subject Delete my MilkBook Customer account and the phone number you sign in with. We confirm the request with you on that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your app sign-in on all phones (you are logged out everywhere).
• Your notification tokens and device details, so notifications stop.
• The dates you first and last used the app.

What your milkman keeps

Your milkman's records of your deliveries, bills and payments are part of their business accounts in MilkBook, so they are not deleted with your app account. Requests and messages you already sent stay in their inbox. To have those records removed, ask your milkman, who can delete you as a customer.

Using the app again

If you sign in again later with your phone number and a one-time code, your app access comes back.
