Dudh ka hisab

Every litre counted, every rupee collected

Every litre recorded

Mark each day's delivery per product, morning and evening. Saved rows show the unit — litre, packet, bottle, and more.

The right rate, every time

Change a rate from today or a future date. Old deliveries keep their old rate, so past bills never change.

Udhaar never lost

Record cash, UPI, bank, or cheque payments. Unpaid balance carries into the next bill instead of disappearing at month-end.

Show the hisab on WhatsApp

Send the bill as a link or PDF. The customer sees each date and quantity; canceled days are marked C and not charged.

Why paper dudh hisab goes wrong

A paper register works until it doesn't: a page gets wet, a tick is missed, a rate changes mid-month, or a customer says they never took milk on the 12th. Adding it all up at month-end takes an evening, and a single slip becomes an argument.

How MilkBook keeps the hisab

  • Each delivery is saved with its date, product, quantity, and shift.
  • The bill multiplies quantity by the rate that applied on that date, for every product on the house.
  • Skipped days are marked Canceled and left out of the total.
  • Last period's unpaid amount can carry forward, so udhaar stays on the books.

Hisab even without network

Daily entry works offline and syncs when you are back online, so the hisab keeps going in lanes with no signal. Generating a bill or recording a payment needs internet.

Hisab in your language

The app, bill PDFs, and WhatsApp share are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

FAQ

Questions vendors ask

How do I calculate the monthly milk bill?
You don't have to. Mark each day's delivery and MilkBook multiplies quantity by the rate on that date for every product, then adds last period's unpaid balance if you use carry-forward.
Can customers check the hisab?
Yes. Send the bill on WhatsApp as a link or PDF. It lists every date and quantity, and canceled days are marked C.
Is the dudh hisab app free?
MilkBook is free forever for up to 10 customers. Premium is ₹1,999 a year for unlimited customers.
