Milk khata

A khata that fits how you deliver

One house, several products

Cow milk and buffalo milk on the same house, each with its own daily quantity, rate, and shift.

Morning, evening, or both

Set a product to morning, evening, or both, with a separate morning and evening quantity when it is both.

Your route order

Drag customers into the order you deliver. Entry follows that order, so you move down the list as you move down the lane.

Stopped, not deleted

Mark a customer stopped when they move or pause. They leave daily entry, and their khata history stays safe.

What goes in a MilkBook khata

  • Name, phone (pick it from your phone book), and address.
  • Products with quantity, unit, rate, and shift for each line.
  • Billing cycle: 10 days, half month, or monthly — defaulting to your business setting.
  • Delivery history, bills, payments, and one-off credit sales such as curd or ghee.
  • An assigned delivery agent, if you use Premium staff logins.

Replacing the paper khata book

A paper khata book keeps one page per customer, and you flip through it every morning. MilkBook keeps the same idea — one khata per customer — but the daily marks happen on one Entry screen for the whole route, and the totals are always up to date.

A khata your staff can use

With Premium, delivery agents see only the houses assigned to them, mark Deliver or Cancel, and record payments. The owner keeps the full khata and control of the account.

Free to start

Keep up to 10 customer khatas free forever. Premium is ₹1,999 a year for unlimited customers.

FAQ

Questions vendors ask

Can one customer take cow and buffalo milk?
Yes. Add several products to one customer, each with its own quantity, rate, and morning or evening shift. They appear on the same bill.
What happens when a customer stops taking milk?
Mark them stopped. They disappear from daily entry, and their full khata history stays in the app.
Can I keep the khata in Gujarati or Hindi?
Yes. The app and bill PDFs are available in Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English.
